Pecans contain antioxidants and several B-Complex Vitamins such as riboflavin, niacin, thiamine and folate, which effectively increase the rate of metabolism. This property helps the body in weight management. They also help in protecting vital organs from toxic effects of cyclophosphamide, a chemotherapy cancer treatment, often prescribed by most health professionals.
Pecans are a good source of Manganese, a vital element that helps in boosting the immune system.
Pecans also have sufficient levels of Zinc and Vitamin A, vitally important for protecting our skin against infections.
Honey on the other hand is a versatile, classy and trendy ingredient that's useful to a variety of sweet and savoury dishes.
Honey is a good source of antioxidants and carbohydrates. It contains a low glycemic index, hence it's termed low GI food. Much better and healthier than most sugars ie. cane and corn

Gourmet Nut snacks
Our Pecan nuts are export quality. We follow a semi-organic soil fertilization management program. No pesticides and herbicides are used.
Our Pecan nuts are harvested annually from April and July. All in-shell nuts are then stored, cleaned, processed and packaged into various flavored snacks.
Through innovation and Culinary art skills, Chef Yolanda created a salt free, preservative free Boutique Pecan butter. The best looking nuts are selected and prepared to produce a rich and tasty butter. The butter can be used as a bread spread or a treat on pancakes and waffles.
The other uses are: Pecan Butter cookies, Butter Pecan Cake and Pecan squares
The Pecan butter is available in 125g and 500g bottles.
Honey
As part of any fruit tree farming, pollination is an essential part of plant growth and reproduction. Bees in our orchard are natural, so we created a suitable environment for bee ecosystem and honey production. Our Honeybees produce a monofloral honey. This simply means, they produce honey from a single source or plant species. During the spring season, bees play a major role in pollinating Pecan nut trees. The honey produced is rich in aroma from the Pecan nut flowers.
Throughout the year, the bees are dependent on the Bluegum trees. The honey rich eucalyptus flavor from the Bluegum trees is also good and tasty.
Our Honey is pure and not mixed with any foreign syrup or supplement.
On special orders, we do supply honeycombs.
